VERY EXCITING NEWS FOR MEDICARE ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

Effective January 1, 2021:

1. Your Plan P credit will be increased from $14.00 to $15.00 per credit.
2. Your $630.00 monthly self-payment will be reduced to $550.00 a month.
3. Your annual family dental allowance will be increased by 50% to $750.00.
