For those that are unfamiliar with this topic, Teledoc is the new Health and Benefit Plan telephonic medical benefit that is available to active participants and their eligible dependents as well as to retirees and their eligible dependents who do not have Medicare as their primary insurer.

What does Teladoc do? Teledoc lets you talk with experienced doctors anytime, anywhere. All Teladoc doctors are board-certified, state-licensed and can treat many health issues, including:

  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • Allergies
  • Bronchitis
  • Skin problems
  • Respiratory infections
  • Sore throat
  • Sinus problems
  • And more!

There is no cost to you for utilizing this benefit. The Plan is absorbing all the costs of this service.

It's quick and easy to register with Teladoc account. The attached documents outline the 3 different ways in which you can register. If you have dependents younger than 18, you can register them under your account. Adult dependents ages 18 through 26 are also eligible but must register their own account.
