PAYLOCITY SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

ACCESS TO YOUR PAYLOCITY ACCOUNT VIA YOUR DEBIT CARD AND ELECTRONIC CLAIM SUBMISSIONS WILL BE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DURING THE WEEK OF
MARCH 16TH THROUGH MARCH 20TH, 2020.

From March 16th, 2020 through March 20th, 2020 Paylocity will be performing necessary upgrades to improve their systems. During this time, participants debit cards as well as their ability to electronically submit claims will be temporarily suspended.

However, participants will still be able to manually submit their HRA claims. Should you require a Paylocity manual claim form, please call the Fund office at 219-940-6181. Or you may obtain a copy by accessing the Plan’s website at www.ibew697benefits.org. Once on the site, move your cursor to the Healthcare tab on the top of the page. When you do, the letters “HRA” will appear right below your cursor. By clicking on the letters “HRA” you will be brought to the HRA landing page. Within the left-hand side of that page you will find the “HRA Claim Form” that you can download or print out.
